What services do you offer?

We offer:

Our services are designed to suit both ongoing lawn care and occasional needs, with the best value available through regular and bundled services.

 

 

What areas do you service?

We service properties within 30km of Thornton.
Jobs outside this area may incur a travel charge.

If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service zone, feel free to contact us.

How do you determine lawn size?

Lawn size is based on the mowable grass area only, not total property size.

As a general guide:

  • Small: up to approx. 150 m²

  • Standard: approx. 150 m² – 400 m²

  • Large / Corner Block: 400 m²+

If your lawn doesn’t fit neatly into a category, we’ll always discuss pricing before starting.

What’s the difference between one-off jobs and regular services?

One-off jobs are single visits and are best suited for catch-ups, end-of-lease work, or occasional mowing.

Weekly or fortnightly regular services provide:

  • Better value per visit

  • Consistent lawn health

  • No one-off surcharge

Why do one-off jobs cost more?

One-off lawn services require additional setup, restoration work, and scheduling time.

Because of this, all one-off jobs are charged at a 25% surcharge compared to our standard regular rates.

Do you charge extra for difficult lawns?

Additional charges may apply for lawns with:

  • Steep slopes or difficult access

  • Excess rubbish or debris

  • Overgrown or neglected grass

  • Restricted access to certain areas

Any additional charges will be discussed before work begins.

What’s included in your Monthly Maintenance Bundles?

All Maintenance Bundles include:

  • Lawn mowing (each visit)

  • Edging (each visit)

  • Blow down and site clean (each visit)

  • Lawn health check (each visit)

  • Slow-release fertiliser (first visit)

  • Watering (first visit)

  • Fertiliser sprays (as needed)

  • Weed control / poisoning (as needed)

What’s included in the Signature Lawn Care Bundle?

The Signature Bundle includes everything in our Maintenance Bundle, plus:

  • Soil wetting agent

  • Green waste removal (as needed)

  • Priority scheduling, even during busy periods

This is our most comprehensive lawn care option.

Is there a minimum commitment for bundles?

Yes. All Monthly Maintenance and Signature Bundles require a minimum 3-month commitment.

This allows us to properly improve and maintain your lawn over time.

How does the 12-month offer work?

Clients who commit to 12 months receive 1 month FREE.

The free month is applied during the service period and will be explained clearly before starting.

Do you offer weekly and fortnightly visits?

Yes. Regular services can be scheduled on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your lawn’s needs and the season.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain usually won’t affect your scheduled service.

In the case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, your service will be rescheduled to the following scheduled day.(signiture bundles will receive job roll over credit for missed service.)

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we have access to your lawn, you don’t need to be home.

Please ensure:

  • Gates are unlocked

  • Pets are secured

  • Any obstacles are removed where possible

How do I pay?

Payment details will be provided when your service is booked.

Monthly bundles are billed monthly, while regular and one-off services are charged per visit.

Payment can be paid with: cash, or bank transfer.

Can I cancel or pause my service?

  • Regular services can be adjusted with notice

  • Monthly bundles require the minimum commitment to be completed

  • Long-term clients can discuss changes as needed

What is priority scheduling?

Priority scheduling means, that your job will be first serviced after rain events and cancellations. also giving priorty of booking days/dates (super flexible)
