Terms & Conditions

1. Service Area

We provide lawn care services within 30 km of Thornton. Properties outside this area may incur additional travel fees, which will be communicated before booking.

2. Lawn Size Classification

Lawn sizes are classified for pricing purposes as follows:

  • Small: Up to approx. 150 m²

  • Standard: Approx. 150 m² – 400 m²

  • Large / Corner Block: 400 m²+

Final pricing may vary based on the mowable grass area, lawn condition, and access.

3. Casual One-Off Visits

One-off or casual visits are charged at 25% above standard rates for weekly/fortnightly regular lawns. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Overgrown or neglected lawns

  • Difficult access (steep slopes, gates, narrow paths)

  • Excess debris or rubbish

  • Locations outside our standard service area

4. Maintenance Bundles

Maintenance Bundles are billed monthly, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • Services include: lawn mowing, edging, blow down, site clean, lawn health checks, slow-release fertiliser (first visit), watering (first visit), fertiliser sprays (as needed), and weed control (as needed).

  • Weather & Access: If a scheduled job cannot be completed due to rain, unsafe conditions, or cancelled access, the visit will be considered used.

  • Additional services (e.g., green waste removal, overgrown lawn fees) are not included unless specified.

5. Signature Bundles

Signature Bundles include all Maintenance services plus:

  • Soil wetting agent

  • Green waste removal (as needed)

  • Priority scheduling

Flexibility & Roll-Over Credit:

  • If a Signature Bundle visit is cancelled due to weather, access, or other unavoidable reasons, it may be rescheduled or rolled over to the next visit, subject to availability.

  • Green waste removal is included in Signature Bundles. For other services outside the bundle, a $79 add-on fee applies.

6. Fertiliser & Lawn Treatments

  • Fertiliser (slow-release, sprays) and weed control are included as described per package.

  • Treatments are applied as needed and according to recommended lawn care schedules.

  • Clients are responsible for notifying us of pesticide-sensitive areas or pets.

7. Overgrown Fee

  • Lawns that are significantly overgrown may incur additional fees for labour and equipment use.

  • Pricing will be communicated before commencing work.

8. Weather & Access

  • Services may be postponed in unsafe or wet conditions.

  • For Maintenance Bundles, postponed jobs cannot be rolled over; they are considered used.

  • For Signature Bundles, rescheduling and roll-over credit may apply.

  • Clients must ensure safe access, unlocked gates, and clear paths.

9. Green Waste Removal

  • Included in Signature Bundles.

  • For all other services, a $79 green waste removal fee applies.

10. Cancellations & Changes

  • All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit.

  • One-off services cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may incur the full visit fee.

  • Maintenance Bundle cancellations must meet minimum commitment periods.

11. Payments

  • Monthly bundles are billed monthly in advance.

  • One-off and casual jobs are billed per visit.

  • Payments are due upon invoice.

  • Late payments may incur fees or suspension of service.

12. Safety & Property Damage

  • We take care to avoid property damage, but the client is responsible for notifying us of:

    • Sprinkler systems, pet areas, ornaments, underground services, and fragile structures.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damages caused by unsafe conditions.

13. Termination of Service

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • Maintenance Bundles require completion of the minimum 3-month term.

  • Signature Bundle clients may terminate after minimum commitment with remaining services prorated.

14. Pricing Adjustments

  • Prices may be adjusted annually or due to market/labour costs.

  • Clients will be notified of any price changes in advance.

  • One-off job pricing will reflect a 25% surcharge and additional fees for access, debris, or travel.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to updates to these Terms.

16. Additional Notes

  • Photos or videos of your property may be taken for internal records or marketing, with your consent.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate conditions.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State / Territory].
